Plans for 49 flats near Wetherspoons in town centre

PLANS for close to 50 flats in Harlow Town Centre are set to go before the Harlow Council planning committee.
The application is as follows: Erection of residential building ranging between 7 and 9 storeys to provide 49 flats (26 x 1 bed, 21 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) with associated parking, amenity areas and other associated works.
The flats would be located on Kitson Way between Wetherspoons and Fourth Avenue.

Wonderful NOT. This site is next to a petrol station and alongside a very busy main road. Hence congestion if the "new" residents each have a car. Will the properties be for Harlow residents amd will they be rented or for sale?
