Harlow Council and HTS unveil new housing scheme

HARLOW Council and their partners HTS have unveiled a new scheme to provide housing for local residents.
YH went to see the leader of Harlow Council, cllr Mark Ingall and the chief executive of HTS, John Phillips to find out more about a scheme where they are buying back properties to then rent out.

Never should let ppl buy more than one house then there would not have been so many without a home it's greed that one person can buy so many homes and rent them out my parents moved here in 1955 with me from Enfield my father got a job and thy was told I would get a home plus my children well that never happened
