Harlow Town 1 v 2 Ashford Town (Mddx)

HARLOW Town slumped to the bottom of the league with a defeat against high-flying Ashford.

Goals by Jack French (2′) and Brad Sweeney (87′) secured all three points for the Middlesex side, who now sit second in the lead.

Harlow’s goal was scored by Christian Adu Gyamfi  (41).

The result leaves Harlow bottom of the league on three points after six games.

It is their fifth defeat in a row in the league.

They return to league action on Tuesday away at Ware.
