I left Harlow 28 years ago. you might see me there now and again but only to visit family it went down when I left, it was never going to get any better.
Many years ago  my mother used to work there as a cleaner. Very happy memories, it’s been destroyed.

Ironically, such antisocial behaviours would probably be avoided if there were many more activities, youth and other centres like Mark Hall across the town. More of said and facilities like the ski slope and velodrome we lost, affordable swimming and gyms, a well funded youth service and our schools as community schools would cut the cost of policing, vandalism whilst improving community health. Having to shut things down, which is understandable in this case, just makes the space for the unoccupied to create trouble.
