Harlow Playhouse to temporarily close during lockdown
By Creative Director: Rory Davies
IN light of the announcement made by the Prime Minister on 31/10/2020 sadly I must announce that we have taken the decision to temporarily close Harlow Playhouse’s doors to the public on Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.
Whilst you might not be able to come and see us in person for a little while, we are here for you on the phone and online. We are still very much preparing for our December productions of Treasure Island and The Great Christmas Sleigh Ride.
Our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and you can buy tickets to all of our shows online at www.harlowplayhouse.co.uk
This is a difficult and challenging time for everyone and everyone here at Harlow Playhouse is standing by you. Be kind to each other, be understanding and wherever you can, continue to support each other, local businesses and services.
All of my amazing team are working hard to ensure that we can bring the Christmas magic to you this year.
THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
Please spare a thought to those artists affected by venue closures across the country and, where possible, support your local theatre and make use of donation platforms.
I will keep customers, providing partners and hirers updated on a continuing basis. Now is the time to pull together to ensure that we can all make this Christmas magical.
Best Wishes,
Rory Davies
