HARLOW QUARTER WINS MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT AWARD
STRAWBERRY Star, the developers behind Harlow Quarter, are excited to announce that the scheme has won the Mixed Use Development Award for the UK region at the UK Property Awards 2020 (International Property Awards 2020).
The award ceremony in December, will reveal whether the scheme will receive 5-star rating and compete at the international level.
Chairman of Strawberry Star, Santhosh Gowda comments: “Harlow Quarter is an exciting scheme in the heart of the town, and we are delighted to have won this prestigious award and we look forward to finding out which grading in a few weeks. It is a testament to everyone who has been involved in the scheme from the architects, interior designers through to the local council who we have been working closely with to bring forward this fantastic development. We look forward to the awards ceremony later this year.”
Harlow Quarter provides a much-needed addition to the existing housing mix, creating modern apartments (1-bed and 2-bed units) and retail in the heart of Harlow’s town centre. Last year, Strawberry Star’s Lu2on scheme in Luton won the Best Mixed-Use Development Award in the UK with a 5-star rating at the International Property Awards.
