Covid-19: Number of cases in Harlow continues to climb

THE rate of Covid infection rates in Harlow continue to increase.

Whatever chart you look at, rates of infection appear to increase in the town.

Here at the latest figures from Essex County Council

Oct 8th: 56.3

Oct 16th: 68.9

Oct 23rd: 78.1

October 30th: 90.7

Nov 6th: 95.3

Nov 13th: 144.7

November 20th: 174.5

But a table released today, has Harlow in 107th out of 315 local authorities for infections over the last seven days.

Harlow’s position in the table has been around 250th so this is a worrying jump.

No 1 is Swale in Kent that has 530 infections per 100,000 (over last seven days)

No 315 is Cotswold that has 53 infections per 100,000.
