Online BAME support group

MIND in West Essex will be adding to their growing cohort of online Zoom groups in the new year with a new BAME support group aimed at creating a safe space for BAME members of the local community to come together and discuss mental health and wellbeing.

Sessions will be on a Wednesday lunchtime, facilitated by BAME staff members at Mind in West Essex, with a focus on a different topic each week such as anxiety, isolation and racism. Start date and times TBC.
