Harlow man disqualified after drug driving

A HARLOW man has been banned after driving whilst under influence of drugs.

Jordan Starkey, aged 21, of Markwell Wood, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following

On 08/05/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely a Audi A1, on a road, Wooding Grove, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, namely 2.3 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

Starkey was fined £500.00 and banned from driving for twelve months.
