A MAN has been fined for stealing a bicycle.

Dimitrijs Banko, aged 23, of Longbrooks, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following.

Between 19/11/2020 and 22/11/2020 Harlow stole a pedal cycle of a value between £300-£400 belonging to another.

He was fined £145.00
