A 61-year-old man has been arrested following an incident in which a man engaged two girls in a brief conversation before indecently exposing himself to them in Harlow Town Park on Thursday 29 October.

The man, from Harlow, was arrested on Thursday 24 December on suspicion of indecent exposure and attempting to engage a child in sexual activity.

He remains in custody for questioning.
