Harlow man disqualified after drug driving

A HARLOW man has been banned after drug driving and other traffic offences.

Jason Parker, aged 33, of Iceni Square, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On May 5th, 2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, Vauxhall Astra , on a road, London Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, namely 4.7 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

On 05/05/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhall Astra on a road, London Road otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.

On 05/05/2020 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhall Astra on a road, or other public place, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

Parker was disqualified for 22 months and fined £425.00
