Harlow man to stand trial over actual bodily harm

A MAN is set to stand trial over an allegation of causing actual bodily harm.
Alhagie Leone, aged 30, of 162 Rundells, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On May 23rd, 2019 at Harlow assaulted a male, thereby occasioning him, actual bodily harm.
Leone has been sent for trial on January 13th, 2021 at Chelmsford Crown Court.
He has pleaded not guilty.
