IT looks like elections are like buses for Harlow councillor, Chris Vince.

He is not only defending his district council ward of Little Parndon and Hare Street but contending Harlow West in the Essex County Council elections and finally, he is the Labour candidate for the Essex Police and Fire Crime Commissioner.

We caught up with cllr Vince to find out how he was taking up all three challenges.
