Health / Sat 9th Jan 2021 at 05:01pm

THE NUMBER of infections in Harlow has increased.

It means that Harlow is now 4th out of 315 local authorities in England.

Harlow registered 1524.1 cases per 100,000

That is 1327 cases in total. A leap of 112 since yesterday.

Remember this refers to January 4th but published on January 9th.

This looks like a particularly grim set of results. All the percentages are particularly high. Some startlingly high

This continues to confirm that we may be in a for a very difficult January and underline why the authorities have declared that the whole county has to be treated as the scene of a “major incident”.

There are 78 outstanding test results.

There are now 10 Covid wards at PAH. Lister, Locke, Penn, Harold, Kingsmoor, Charnley, John Snow, Henry Moore and ITU.
