Harlow man banned after driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has been banned after driving under the influence of drugs.

Christopher Speed, aged 41, of Brockles Mead, Harlow, pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On June 12th, 2020, in Harlow drove a motor vehicle, Vauxhall Combo, on Southern Way, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, greater than 7.0 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

He was disqualified for twelve months and fined £134.00
