Harlow woman fined for assaulting another woman

A HARLOW woman has been fined for an assault on another woman.
Debbie Naybour, aged 53, of Rushes Mead, pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On 13/03/2020 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her
Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Naybour was fined £155.00.
