A 19 year-old man from Harlow was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving without insurance in Northbrooks, Harlow at around 11.45pm on Saturday 16 January.

He has since been released under investigation.
