Covid-19: Infection rate falls across eight areas of Harlow (and Netteswell is down to 16)

THE INFECTION rate has fallen in seven out of eleven areas of Harlow.
There were 353 cases registered for January 27th and published on February 1st.
That is a drop of 17.
This is the lowest number of cases since December 20th
The lowest area is Netteswell with 16.
The highest area is Little Parndon and Katherines with 47.
