A HARLOW teenager has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.

Ricky Hicks aged 19, of Little Brays, Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.

On 19/06/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely
BMW on Second Avenue, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 6.6 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

Hicks was banned for twelve months and fined £501.00
