A HARLOW man without a full driving licence has been banned for drug driving.

Allen Kyme, aged 55, of Altham Grove, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 10/04/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Audi on Tillwicks Road otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.

On 10/04/2020 at Harlow drove a mechanically propelled vehicle, Audi TT on Tillwicks Road, whilst unfit to drive through drugs.

Kyme was banned for twelve months and fined £259.00
