Harlow resident charged with possession of heroin

A HARLOW resident has been charged with being in possession of heroin.
Ali Muhin, aged 47, of the Pink Cottage, Pink Spice, Commonside Road,, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 01/11/2020 at Harlow, had in your possession a quantity of diamorphine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On 01/11/2020 at Harlow interfered with a motor vehicle, namely Renault Megane, Mercedes C200, Ford Transit, Nissan Qashqai, Ford Custom-, Peugeot or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence under section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968 should be committed
Muhin has been remanded on unconditional bail until March 29th at Chelmsford magistrates court.
