A MOTHER, living in a permitted development in Harlow has appealed to be moved to better living conditions.

Tracey Piccolo lives in Astra House, off Edinburgh Way, with her partner and her teenage daughter.

Tracey revealed to YH that her living conditions, a one bedroomed flat, is too small for three people.

She also told YH that she has suffered from a lot of ill health in the three years she has lived there since moving from Redbridge and is appealing to the authorities for a move.
