A HARLOW fitness organisation is offering a free session to children in March.

Simon Hays of Kick Butt Fitness said: “There are over 300,000 children suffering from anxiety and depression more then ever during this pandemic.

“We are all feeling the strain as parents and children, but there are ways we can support children to give them the best chance to stay mentally and physically healthy during this pandemic.

Some children have enjoyed being off school, while others will have really struggled and just want to get back to normal.

With the virus keeping them at home and away from being with their friends they are going to be struggling physically and mentally, it has been proven that physical exercise helps not only adults but children to let off steam and I really want to help.

I understand children are following PE on line but what I’m offering is not just a physical exercise session but someone they can talk if they want.

I’m offering a one to one work out in the comfort of your garden or out door space.

This is a FREE session throughout MARCH on Saturdays only.
