Athletics: Harlow parkrun set to return in June

FOLLOWING the publication of the Government’s roadmap for exiting lockdown, parkrun UK are excited to share their plans to restart both junior and 5k parkrun events across England.
In line with the latest guidance on the lifting of restrictions across England, and operating within our already approved COVID-19 framework, they currently expect that:
Harlow parkrun has been taking place since November 2014. Since its humble beginnings, the 5k (3.1 mile) run around the Town Park started to average well over 300 participants on a Saturday morning.
Harlow parkrun was not only popular due to its scenic course but all the little landmarks such as coat-rack corner, Roy’s corner, the V-turn and Spencer’s bridge.
The last run was on Saturday March 14th, 2020.
The ethos is very much about competing against yourself.
