HARLOW Council has taken a resident of the Town Park to court over an alleged planning breach.

Barry Foley, of The Garage, School Lane, Harlow is the subject of a complaint for a civil order in respect of a Planning Enforcement Order.

In accordance with Section 171BA to 171BC of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended .

YH understands that this relates to a residential property without planning consent.

The case has been adjourned to July 7th, 2021 at Colchester Magistrates Court.
