Harlow Council to consider criminal checks for street traders

HARLOW Council is set to announce a consultation on rules regarding street traders.
In particular, they want to consult around the introduction of Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for applicants and employees.
The matter will be initially discussed at the a meeting of the Licensing Committee on Tuesday night
