The number of deaths is now at 530.

There have been 4 deaths in March.

There were 38 deaths in February.

That compares with 170 deaths in January.

There are 21 Covid in-patients including 2 on ventilators.

That is a fall of eight since yesterday.

That is the lowest rate since October 8th, 2020.

Breakdown of figures for Harlow

THE INFECTION rate has gone down in four out of eleven areas of Harlow.

It went up in two and stayed the same in five.

There were 44 cases registered for March 2nd and published on March 7th.

The lowest areas is Passmores and Netteswell with zero.

The highest area is Little Parndon and Hare Street with 9.

The areas are geographic clusters of 7,500 people. More associated with relationship with surgeries.
