Covid-19: No deaths at Princess Alexandra Hospital for a week

THERE have been no deaths at Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) for seven days.
This is the first time this has occurred since mid-October (five months).
This is another encouraging sign regarding our town’s battle against coronavirus.
We also understand that the number of in-patients is down to single figures.
The number of deaths is now at 532.
There have been 6 deaths in March.
There have been no deaths in the past seven days.
That compares to 31 in first 17 days of February and 113 in first 17 days of January.
There were 38 deaths in February.
That compares with 170 deaths in January.
There are 9 Covid in-patients including 1 on a ventilator.
There are 146 outstanding test results.
Back on January 4th, there was 204 Covid in patients.
