IT IS a rare thing to see Bob Dylan quoted in a planning meeting but he was on Wednesday as approval was granted for an on-line facility at Sainsbury’s in Harlow.

The plans were approved despite objections from a number of sources.

Cllr Mike Danvers quoted Bob Dylan saying” The times they are a changing”

The application looked to erect a “Goods Online (GOL) facility with associated loading and servicing area and Click and Collect bays, alterations to layout of car park and associated signage”. 

Sainsbury’s is based at Fifth Avenue in Harlow.
