Football: Harlow Town fly south in new league structure

THE FA released the National League System league allocations this afternoon (Tuesday 18th May 2021), confirming that the Hawks have been laterally moved from the Isthmian League South Central Division to the Southern League.

This is only the second time since 1973 that the Hawks have been outside the Isthmian League, having played under the banner of the Southern League for two seasons between 2004 and 2006.

The full line-up of the Southern League Central Division is as follows:

  • Aylesbury United
  • Barton Rovers
  • Bedford Town
  • Berkhamsted
  • Biggleswade
  • Colney Heath
  • Didcot Town
  • FC Romania
  • Harlow Town
  • Hertford Town
  • Kempston Rovers
  • Kidlington
  • North Leigh
  • St Neots Town
  • Thame United
  • Waltham Abbey
  • Wantage Town
  • Ware
  • Welwyn Garden City

All new allocations are subject to appeal and ratification by the FA Council.
