Vaccination Centre at Harlow Leisurezone to remain open for the “foreseeable future”

Covid-19 / Thu 20th May 2021 at 04:51pm

HEALTH bosses have set minds at ease and told YH that the vaccination centre at the Harlow Leisurezone will remain open.

Harlow MP Robert Halfon had expressed his concerns that the centre “may close”. His concerns were so great that he contacted the Minister in charge of Vaccine Deployment, Nadhim Zihawi.

However, YH has been contacted by health bosses who are keen to allay any fears.

Hertfordshire Community Trust, which runs the Harlow Leisurezone vaccination centre, and West Essex CCG, said:
“Harlow Leisurezone is remaining as a vaccination site for the foreseeable future.

“Lister House Medical Centre is also open for vaccinations. If you are eligible and are due your first or second dose, please take up the offer to help protect you and your loved ones.”
