HARLOW parents have expressed their anger and concern after “anti-vaxxers” picketed a local school.
On Friday afternoon, Mark Hall Academy students who travelled home by walking through the underpass at London Road at First Avenue were approached by two women who were handing out leaflets.
A parent, who did not wish to be named said: “My daughter was quite taken aback. The two women were very demonstrative, shoving leaflets into her hands and not letting them walk past.
“According to my daughter, the two women were very animated and preachy.
“I just think it is unacceptable for adults to approach children in the first place and especially with this message.
“To be honest hiding in underpasses and preaching to children with this dangerous message is creepy and wrong”.
The leaflets bear the imprint of an organisation called Footsolders4Freedom. Members have been in attendance at marches in London and around the United Kingdom.
YH has contacted Mark Hall Academy in order to make them aware.
We have also contacted other headteachers in case these people approach their pupils.
“I just think it is unacceptable for adults to approach children in the first place and especially with this message." Blimey...burmt it is on for the government to go against medical conclusion and "dictate" that children must have thus jab AND WITHOUT parental consent. Not sure you are a responsible parent, do so ecresaerch woman...
