A MAN has been charged in connection with sexual offences in Harlow.

It was reported that two young girls in a park were approached by a man who exposed himself.

Brendan Joyce, 61, of The Briars, Harlow, has been charged with two counts of “to cause or incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity (no penetration) and exposure”.

He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Friday 16 July.
