WITH Robert Halfon back in the House of Commons between Monday and Thursday, it is important for us to catch up with the MP on a Friday and cover a number of recent issues affecting our town.
Mr Halfon was escorting the Rail Minister, Chris Heaton-Harris on a visit to Land Sheriffs in Harlow.
We spoke to the MP regarding the £23 million investment in regeneration for the town.
We also asked him about concerns that young residents, born and bred are being priced out of the town.
We discussed the vaccination rate in the town and concerns that the date of the lockdown release (June 21st) will be delayed.
Finally, we asked him to reflect on his first General Election defeat in June 2001 and what he learned.
