A MAN is due in court next month charged with assault after an incident in Harlow yesterday morning, Monday 28 June.
Police received reports of a boy being assaulted in First Avenue shortly after 8.15am.
They arrived and a man was arrested. Thankfully the boy was not seriously injured.
Marius Stefan Petrescu, 27, of High Street, in Roydon, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 13 July.
Not taking any sides here but seems unbalanced that the accused's identity is made public a head of a trial and a verdict.
Hope the shit gets time for attacking a young boy, who is so nice and a pleasure to be round
Miff, sometimes kids can be rotten as hell. Doesn’t mean he deserved to be assaulted, but it can be a reason as to why he was. We were kids once and I’m sure we can both remember times where we pushed our luck and most likely deserved a slap.
27 year old 13 year old boy , he done nothing wrong a unprovoked attack on his way to school , you don’t no the boy you can’t assume that , he is shy gentle kind caring never had a fight or even a argument in his whole life , greatly adored by all who meets him , so stop assuming and think of the victims family and friends who have to put up with people single minded comments
