Harlow woman fined and docked points for speeding and failing to supply name of driver

A HARLOW women has been fined for speeding on the A414 in Harlow and then failing to supply name of the driver.

Georgia Louchiey, aged 61, of Stackfield was found guilty at Basildon magistrates court of the following.

On February 27th, 2021 at the A414 near Southern Way drove a Kia motor vehicle in excess of the 40mph speed limit, in that you were recorded at 49mph.

On April 1st, 2021 at Billericay having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Essex, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely Kia who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence

Louchiey was fined £660.00 and had six points placed on her licence.

Do these people really believe that refusing to give the name of the driver the police will say ok we'll let you off.
