THERE is no doubt that the pandemic has been a challenge for Harlow’s housing repair and environment service, HTS.

Recently, sixteen members of staff were off self isolating. August 16th saw changes to the system, so that should make things easier as they were all front line staff.

YH caught up with the managing director of HTS, John Phillips to see where HTS were on the road to recovery.

Were they back undertaking housing repairs and when would their staff be back to a full complement?
