Entertainment / Wed 25th Aug 2021 at 10:48am
IN the first week of September, Harlow Sculpture Town’s dedicated indoor Gibberd Gallery space will re-open its doors to the public for the first time in 18 months with ‘A Slip Between the Glass and the Lip’, a new exhibition by Meriel Clarke, Harlow Sculpture Town Artist in Residence 2019-20.
Drop in from 1-4pm on Saturday 4th September for the opening preview: experience the exhibition, meet the artist and see the little-known Sir Frederick Gibberd 20th Century Watercolour collection.
You can also pick up a map for the 45-minute town centre Family Group Sculpture Trail to enjoy after your visit.
Find out more about Meriel and her work in a series of blog posts coming soon on their What’s On page, and by following them on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
