A HARLOW man has been charged with assaults and possession of baseball bat
Damien Grant, aged 48, of Whitewaits, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On February 2nd, 2021 at Harlow without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Pittmans Field Harlow, an offensive weapon, namely a baseball bat.
On February 2nd, 2010 at Harlow assaulted a male by swinging a bat at him and making threats.
On February 2nd, 2021 at Harlow assaulted a male by swinging a bat at him and making threats.
On February 17th, 2021 at Pittmans Field, Harlow used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.
Grant has been remanded on bail until October 11th when he is set to make his next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court.
