A HARLOW schoolgirl is set to have her hair cut for a very worthwhile cause.
Inaaya and her family have set up a Just Giving page to explain what she is doing and why.
The haircut takes place on Thursday September 2nd at Seven Hairdressers off the Market Square, Harlow.
Inaaya said: “I’m 11 years old. I have decided to have my hair cut and anyone who knows me will know this is a very big decision.
“I have only had my hair trimmed. I wanted to have my hair cut for a while and I heard about The Little Princess Trust and the amazing work they do.
“I decided that I would love to help an amazing cause and I hope my family and friends will support me and help raise money for this amazing charity.
The Big Chop will take place 02 Sept 2021 at my local hairdressers.

Make sure you have some photos of the hair cut or video one before and one after.Would be nice to see where it’s going to.
I will be taking photos and videos of the haircut. The hair will then be weighed and sent to The Little Princess Trust. The Trust will use the hair to make a wig, which they provide free of charge to children and young people who have lost their hair through cancer. The charity also funds research searching for better and kinder treatment into childhood cancers. All donations through the Just Giving Page will go straight to the Trust.
