DISABILITY Charity Accuro (Care Services) were thrilled recently to receive a generous donation of four Samsung Galaxy Tablets from Bishop’s Stortford based IT company Genmar, who have provided I.T. support to the charity for several years. 

West Essex based charity, Accuro provide services with aim to reduce social isolation among local people with a disability, providing members with the opportunity to meet new people, socialise, develop life skills, make friends and build confidence and self-esteem. 

Deputy Operations Manager at Accuro, Rhiannon Blake said, “We are so grateful to Genmar for their donation, the tablets will be incredibly useful in our clubs both for our staff and members.” 

The tablets will be put to use by the charity within their clubs and services for children, young people and adults with disabilities. 

Rhiannon added, “Accuro’s services run in Harlow, Great Dunmow, Saffron Walden and Loughton, so to have four tablets donated is just perfect. They will be a fantastic resource for our staff in particular, who will be able to use them to take registers at clubs without having to take lots of paper or bulky laptops and equipment along with them. I’m sure our members will have great fun with them also!”
