Harlow is becoming the worst county for drink driving. This driver should be jailed, short, sharp shock, will do more than a slap on the wrist. He could have injured so many people, I know he did not, but driving in that state, he knew he could.
The criminal justice is pathetic. No jail time and a £145 fine after wasting so much of the tax payers money. Would get a more harsh penalty for no tv license. This country is a joke.
Adding on to your point Roger - you guys are all on your lonesome after voting out of the EU. Lol.
Janick - look at all the benefits of leaving the EU. I've listed them here... 1, 2, 3, .........
Janick, what the hell has, leaving the EU got to do with drink driving?
