Man fined and points put on his licence for driving his scooter in the Harvey Centre

A HARLOW resident has been fined and points put on his licence after driving a scooter in the Harvey Centre.
Arturs Plisko, aged 20, of Joseph Rank House, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On July 17th, 2021 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely powered transporter (no index), on a road, or other public place, namely Harvey Centre, Harlow, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
On July 17th, 2021 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely powered transporter (no index) on a road, namely The Harvey Centre, Harlow otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
On July 17th, 2021 at Harlow resisted a constable in the execution of his duty.
Plisko was fined £450.00 and had six points deducted from his licence.
Good you don't do that in a shopping centre
