Update

Police are no longer looking for Robert Bates who they had wanted to speak to in connection with an incident where a car was in collision with a building in Hamstel Road, Harlow on 28 August.

A 42 year-old man was arrested yesterday (Sunday 26 September) on suspicion of common assault criminal damage, and theft of motor vehicle.

He is currently in custody.

Essex Police want to speak to Robert in connection with an incident at an address off Hamstel Road, Harlow, in which a van was in collision with a car and a house.

It was reported shortly after 5.15am on Saturday 28 August.
