Football: Harlow Ladies management leave after string of poor results

HARLOW Town FC can today announce that they have parted company with Ladies First Team Manager Dean Perrett along with coach Joe Perrett.
We would like to thank Dean and Joe for their efforts over their time with us and wish them nothing but the best in their future endeavours.
Dean (pictured above) took over as manager to the Lady Hawks ahead of the 2018/19 season, guiding Harlow to a 6th-place finish in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League Premier Division, having previously been in charge of our Ladies Under 18’s.
The curtailment of the last playing season saw the club apply for promotion to the FA Women’s National League through a points-per-game process which was offered. Ahead of the 2021/22 season, the club were approved for upward movement to Tier 4 of the Women’s Football Pyramid, something the Club has long worked towards.
After a tough start to life in the National League and a string of poor results seeing the team slip to 12th position, The Club felt the time was right to make these changes.
Existing Coach Ruudy Ridhwaan will take immediate control of the Squad as Interim manager whilst the club work towards finding a long-term replacement.
We once again thank Dean and Joe for their efforts and wish Ruudy a bright start to his tenure and trust that all will get behind our very talented squad of players to progress as required.
