Harlow man pleads guilty to driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs.
Michael Underwood, aged 41, of Pennymead, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On March 2nd, 2021, in Harlow on the A414, drove a Ford Transit van when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely not less than 2.5 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
He was fined £400.00 and banned for twelve months.
