THIS week marks the start of the annual Hospice Care Week, where hospices across the UK join forces to raise awareness of our care and the difference our services make to our local communities!

A spokesperson said: “This year, as part of Hospice Care Week, we are absolutely delighted to be launching and revealing our brand-new Wellbeing Hub – a newly developed Hospice service that aims to enable people to live well whilst facing a life-limiting illness, right from the point of diagnosis.

“We have lots of exciting services, clinics, groups, programmes and resources as part of our Wellbeing Hub.
