Five members of Harlow drug gang set to return to court for Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings

FIVE Harlow men sentenced (as part of a group of eight) to over forty years in prison for drug dealing return to Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday.
Christopher Golding, aged 39, of Hart Road, Old Harlow.
Stuart Thurgood, aged 39, of Morley Grove, Harlow.
David Wilkinson, 36, of Primrose Hill, Haverhill.
Lee Wilkinson, 38, of Parsonage, Leys, Harlow.
Adam Dalby, 36, of Wedgwood Drive, Harlow
All face proceedings in relation to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“POCA“) lays out the law in relation to the recovery of criminal resources with the criminal being one of the most commonly utilised energy. Appropriation normally only occurs following a sentence has transpired.
