PLANNING permission to change Esquires Coffee shop in The Water Gardens into a restaurant has been granted by the Harlow Council planning committee.

The unanimous decision was made at the meeting on Wednesday night.

Despite a number of objections being made, no-one appeared in person at the meeting to raise their objections.
